Magnolia Fisheries is your aquatic resource management solution.
Magnolia Fisheries is the only locally owned and operated pond & lake management company in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area. Our experience dates back to 1974, long before we ever thought of making a business out of managing waters for others. That’s when our founder, Bill Wingo (Masters in Fisheries Biology, Mississippi State University) worked in aquatic research, and then served as a state agency biologist and aquatic resource manager. He officially opened Magnolia Fisheries in 1991, but this depth of knowledge and experience in working alongside state regulatory agencies is still part of our DNA. That helps to uniquely qualify us as the premier pond and lake management company in North Texas.
Bill still oversees daily operations, having grown Magnolia Fisheries into a company with over 15 highly-qualified employees, including additional biologists that hold Master’s Degrees in Aquatic Biology/Fisheries Management. We have 2 on-staff biologists designated as “Certified Fisheries Professionals” by the American Fisheries Society. From our offices in Coppell, we manage ponds and lakes across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and beyond, providing services ranging from regular maintenance and fish stocking to lake and pond design, preservation, and renovation.
We’ve worked hard to build a reputation of trust, quality, and value throughout North Texas, and enjoy relationships with private lake owners, homeowners associations, and commercial property owners that go back many years. These customers appreciate the unique value Magnolia Fisheries brings. We hope you will become a customer for years as well.
